Shipping & Delivery
This policy explains order processing, shipping charges, tracking, address changes, carrier delays, missing packages, and delivery responsibilities.
1. Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment is successfully authorized. Current processing estimates may appear on the product page, during checkout, or in the order confirmation.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders with optional NFC pre-programming, testing, personalization, larger quantities, or special preparation may require additional time before shipment.
Business days generally exclude weekends, federal holidays, carrier holidays, and days when operations are closed because of severe weather or another disruption.
2. Shipping methods and charges
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed during checkout based on the destination, package size, order value, and carrier services available at that time.
- Shipping charges are collected at checkout unless a promotion states otherwise.
- Expedited shipping affects carrier transit time, not necessarily order processing time.
- Free-shipping promotions may use the service level selected by Lead Source.
- An order may be combined into one package or divided into multiple shipments.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery dates shown during checkout or by a carrier are estimates unless we explicitly identify the service as guaranteed. An estimated arrival date is not the same as a guaranteed delivery date.
Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the package. Weekends, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, remote destinations, and carrier network conditions may affect delivery.
4. Shipment confirmation and tracking
When tracking is available, a shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after a label is created.
- A “label created” status does not always mean the carrier has physically received the package.
- Carrier scans can be delayed, skipped, or posted after the package has already moved.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging a safe delivery location.
5. Shipping addresses and corrections
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, suite, unit, postal code, and recipient name when applicable.
Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We will attempt to update it, but changes are not guaranteed once processing or shipment has started.
6. Carrier and service delays
Lead Source is not the carrier and cannot control every event after a package is accepted. Delays may result from weather, labor disruptions, security checks, natural disasters, peak-volume periods, transportation problems, or inaccurate tracking.
We will provide reasonable assistance using available tracking information and carrier inquiries. A carrier delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund while the package remains in transit.
7. Packages marked delivered
When tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not visible, complete these checks before submitting a claim:
Check the property
Look around entrances, porches, mail areas, garages, side doors, parcel lockers, and other protected locations.
Ask nearby people
Check with household members, neighbors, reception desks, leasing offices, or building staff.
Contact the carrier
Request delivery details, GPS confirmation, a delivery photo, or a package search when available.
Allow one additional business day because some carriers scan packages shortly before final placement. Then contact us with the order number and carrier case number.
8. Lost or missing packages
Contact us when tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the carrier confirms the package is lost. We may need the customer’s cooperation with a carrier search, insurance claim, written statement, or identity and address verification.
When a package is confirmed lost before delivery, the available resolution may include replacement, store credit, or refund depending on inventory, carrier findings, insurance coverage, and applicable law.
We are not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to retrieve a held package, or an unauthorized package-forwarding service.
9. Packages damaged during shipment
Report visible shipping damage within 7 calendar days after delivery. Keep the product, shipping carton, internal packaging, shipping label, and all included items while the claim is reviewed.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the outer package and shipping label.
- Photos or video showing the product damage.
- A description of any missing items.
Do not discard the packaging or return the order without instructions. The carrier may require the original materials for inspection.
10. Refused, unclaimed, or returned-to-sender packages
Packages may be returned because of an incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or failure to collect the package from a carrier location.
After the package returns in acceptable condition, we may offer reshipment after new shipping charges are paid or process an eligible product refund under the Return Policy. Original shipping, return-to-sender charges, completed programming fees, and other nonrecoverable expenses may be deducted where permitted by law.
11. Unshipped orders, delays, and cancellations
We intend to ship within the timeframe promised during checkout, on the product page, or in the order confirmation.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we may contact you with a revised estimate and request consent to the delay. When required by law, you may cancel the unshipped order and receive a refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation is not guaranteed after fulfillment, programming, customization, packaging, or carrier handoff has started. Review the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy for completed or delivered orders.
