Website Agreement

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Lead Source website and your purchase or use of Lead Source NFC bracelets, programming services, digital materials, and related support.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Lead Source website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing an optional service, or using a Lead Source product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order. These Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your location. A parent or legal guardian must place orders on behalf of a minor.

When customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Products and NFC functionality

Lead Source bracelets contain an NFC chip designed to open a programmed digital destination when tapped near the NFC-reading area of a compatible, enabled device.

Performance may vary based on the phone model, operating system, NFC settings, tap location, phone case, destination URL, wireless connection, and third-party platform availability. The bracelet does not independently process payments, store unlimited data, provide network access, verify identity, or act as a universal access key.

Product photographs, illustrations, measurements, packaging, and screen examples are provided to describe the product. Minor visual, packaging, production, or display differences may occur without materially changing the product’s intended function.

4. Optional programming and setup services

Programming is not included unless it is specifically selected and paid for during the order process. When optional pre-programming is purchased, Lead Source will write the customer-provided destination to the bracelet and perform a reasonable tap test before shipment.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate destination before the programming deadline. Delayed, incomplete, restricted, expired, mistyped, or inaccessible links may delay fulfillment or prevent successful setup.

Completed service: programming and custom setup fees are generally non-refundable after the requested work has been completed, except where required by law or when the service was not performed as agreed.

5. Customer-provided destinations and content

You are solely responsible for every URL, page, profile, form, file, account, message, or other destination that you provide, program, distribute, or connect to a Lead Source bracelet.

You represent that your destination:

  • Is accurate and controlled by you or used with proper authorization.
  • Does not violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights.
  • Does not contain malware, phishing pages, credential theft, deceptive payment requests, or harmful code.
  • Does not promote unlawful activity, harassment, threats, exploitation, or fraud.
  • Does not impersonate another person, company, agency, or organization.
  • Does not expose unnecessary sensitive information about a child or another person.

Lead Source may decline or remove a programming request that appears unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, technically incompatible, or inconsistent with these Terms.

6. Orders, payment, and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may verify payment, identity, shipping information, inventory, quantities, programming details, and fraud indicators before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, prohibited use, unusually large quantities, or another legitimate business reason.

Payment is processed through the payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown before final submission, including product price, selected services, shipping, discounts, and applicable taxes.

7. Pricing, availability, and corrections

Prices, bundles, promotions, services, and availability may change without advance notice before an order is placed. The price displayed at final checkout controls the order unless there is an obvious error.

We may correct typographical, technical, inventory, product-description, or pricing errors. If a material correction affects an already submitted order, we may contact you for approval, offer a reasonable alternative, or cancel and refund the affected portion.

Promotional codes have no cash value, cannot be duplicated or combined unless stated, and may be limited by date, quantity, customer, product, or order value.

8. Shipping, delivery, cancellations, and returns

Lead Source currently ships within the United States only. Processing, shipping, tracking, delivery problems, address corrections, and carrier delays are governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Return eligibility, damaged or defective items, completed programming services, exchanges, cancellations, and refund processing are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Those policies are incorporated into these Terms. When a mandatory consumer law grants greater rights, that law controls.

9. Prohibited uses of the website and products

You may not use the website, store, support systems, or Lead Source products to:

  • Break any applicable law or help another person do so.
  • Commit fraud, phishing, identity theft, payment deception, or unauthorized account access.
  • Distribute malware, malicious redirects, tracking designed to evade consent, or harmful code.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
  • Interfere with website security, test vulnerabilities without permission, overload systems, scrape restricted data, or bypass access controls.
  • Copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected Lead Source content except as permitted by law or written authorization.
  • Make false claims that Lead Source endorses, verifies, secures, or operates a third-party destination.
  • Use a bracelet in place of professional medical, emergency, financial, legal, security, or identity-verification systems.

10. Intellectual property

The Lead Source name, logo, page design, product presentation, written content, graphics, illustrations, videos, photographs, packaging concepts, and other original materials are owned by Lead Source, MSP Lens, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal shopping and legitimate business evaluation. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, remove notices from, or create derivative commercial works from protected materials without written permission.

Trademarks and content belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party platforms and services

The website and bracelets may connect to payment processors, social networks, booking services, tip platforms, contact pages, forms, shipping carriers, analytics providers, websites, and other third-party services.

Lead Source does not own or control those services and does not guarantee their availability, security, accuracy, policies, fees, functionality, or continued compatibility. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, products, programming guidance, and support materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access, universal phone compatibility, permanent third-party platform availability, a specific number of taps, lead conversions, sales, tips, bookings, followers, or other business results.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, medical, financial, cybersecurity, emergency-response, or other professional advice. A safety contact page or emergency-information link is a convenience and should not replace emergency services, medical identification, professional monitoring, or another appropriate safety system.

These disclaimers do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Source and its owners, affiliates, service providers, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, business interruption, or third-party platform failure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lead Source and its owners, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and representatives from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from:

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized destination, content, or use of a bracelet.
  • Your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
  • Your misuse, modification, resale representation, or distribution of a product.
  • Information or instructions you provided that were false, unsafe, infringing, or misleading.

This section does not require indemnification for conduct caused solely by Lead Source where such a requirement would be unlawful.

15. Suspension, refusal, or termination

We may suspend website access, decline support beyond normal obligations, refuse a programming request, limit purchases, or cancel an unfulfilled order when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, threats, unlawful activity, payment disputes, security risks, policy violations, or harm to customers or the business.

Provisions that logically should continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute provisions—will survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, contact info@leadsource.shop with the order number, relevant facts, and requested resolution so both sides have a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive a legally protected right to participate in a class action.

17. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, store operations, technology, service providers, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise. The Terms in effect when an order is placed generally govern that order.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective and the affected provision will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent. These Terms, together with the Privacy, Shipping, Return, and other policies referenced here, form the agreement concerning the website and store.
